About Westminster

The Westminster Group is a family business founded in 2003. Our core business is building a real estate portfolio for long-term rentals, managing, further developing, and expanding it, with a focus on secure, long-term financial investments. Most of our investments are in mid-sized residential portfolios, primarily in Eastern Germany, but also in Poland, Latvia, and Italy. We also invest in land for residential and commercial development. Over the years, we have built a reputation as a reliable partner to banks and municipalities. We also maintain transparent and cooperative relationships with our tenants.

Westminster's headquarters are located in Berlin, Warsaw and Varese.

Our corporate activities are characterized by strict corporate social responsibility (CSR), which is both ethical and ecological and includes extensive sponsoring and social commitment. Our investments and advice are also aimed at fairness and sustainability.
