Locations

The locations of our rental offers vary, whereby we always pay attention to attractiveness and good transport connections as well as pleasant living comfort. The focus of our real estate activities is on eastern Germany, more specifically the federal states of Berlin and Brandenburg as well as Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. Urban settlement areas and the large cities as well as smaller towns balance each other out, so that we can usually make the right offer for every housing need.

Our portfolio is also widely diversified in terms of building form and accordingly includes both new buildings and well-maintained buildings from the post-war period with practical floor plans through to listed older buildings. It is important to us that rents remain affordable and that we create a healthy balance between returns and the feeling of being at home. We see ourselves as fair landlords.

A special feature is the management, which we generally carry out ourselves. You therefore benefit from a consistently accessible on-site team and service points at which our facility managers are available to provide you with advice and assistance and ensure that all properties are in perfect condition.
