
Tenant application
If You would like to apply as a tenant for an apartment or commercial unit with us, we would like to get to know You first. For this reason, we ask You to send us the following documents in full.
Apartment rental
- Completed "Tenant self-disclosure" form
- Completed "SCHUFA clause" form
- Copies of the last three income statements or the current pension statement
- Presentation of identity card or copy of valid passport with current registration certificate or copy of identity card with the following information
- Name
- current Registration Address
- Birthplace and date
- Document validity
- Please black out all other information on the copy for privacy reasons.
- Confirmation of freedom from rental debt from your previous landlord or suitable proof of your regular rent payments
- Optional: valid certificate of eligibility for publicly subsidized apartments
Renting a commercial unit
- Completed form "Tenant self-disclosure commercial"
- Proof of income (e.g. BWA, balance sheet, income statement, proof of liquidity)
- Identification document or copy of the owners/managers (for all natural persons) with the following information: Name, current registration address, date and place of birth and validity of the document. Please black out all other information for data protection reasons.
- Confirmation from the last landlord that there are no rent debts (rent debt freedom certificate) or suitable proof of your regular rent payment.
- SCHUFA information or Creditreform information
- Business registration (copy), tax number
- Concept (operator concept for the intended business)
- Extract from the commercial register
Tenant service
Our tenants are close to our hearts. For this reason, we always have an open ear for all your concerns and are available for you via e-mail as well as by phone. Please understand that our public office hours unfortunately cannot take place in the usual form in times of Corona and that we also occasionally respond to your inquiry a little later due to "home office" and other restrictions. However, we are working at full speed to provide the usual service again.
